During the financial crisis, China's economy has been a beacon of light amidst a gloomy world landscape.   How much longer can this continue, especially as fiscal stimulus is scaled back?  With the government's tightening of credit to temper asset price inflation, what will happen to the real economy?   How will demand and credit conditions affect commodity prices in 2010 and how will this feed through to the wider market?  What sectors offer the best chance of return to investors and when is the best time to invest in Chinese equities?

John TANG will share his views on these questions and more.  John is China Equity Strategist at UBS.  Previously, he was Head of Asian Small Caps Research at JP Morgan where his team was consistently ranked No. 1 or No. 2 in the Institutional Investor Survey. John has also worked at Goldman Sachs for six years in investment banking and equity research.  John holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
